Vitality is a turnkey health enhancement solution, supported by a seasoned client services team.

At the time of implementation, Clients are assigned a dedicated implementation manager to ensure a smooth transition for both the employer and employees. The implementation manager will ensure that all data feeds are in place, including eligibility and claims. The employer will also have access to a set of electronic communication materials, tools and resources to educate employees and create excitement around the Vitality launch.

Vitality can be implemented at any time of year

Vitality is a holistic health enhancement solution that serves as a highly differentiated benefit offering. As such, Vitality can be implemented at any time during the year, either coinciding with the annual renewal date of the health plan, or on its own as a new employee benefit.

In order to maximize the impact of the Vitality launch, we recommend a stand-alone implementation of the program. From an internal marketing perspective, this will afford the employer and/or health plan greater opportunity to communicate the benefits, incentives and rewards of the program, as well as the program construct, in a way that will have the greatest impact on employees.

The Vitality Group has developed a series of marketing and training collateral, as well as targeted communications that are all aimed at heightening interest in the program and minimizing the lead-time to engagement.

The Vitality Group provides an array of ongoing support services that include:

The Dedicated Wellness Manager will drive engagement in Vitality by supporting the overall program, including attendance at health fairs, managing the Vitality Champ program, and analyzing reporting.

90 DAYS PRIOR TO EFFECTIVE DATE

  • Preliminary meeting with client project lead and Wellness Manager
  • Establish lead contacts and weekly forums for implementation, marketing and system leads
  • Perform eligibility and claims data integration planning and testing

60 DAYS PRIOR TO EFFECTIVE DATE

  • Establish dates for Vitality member education
  • First eligibility file loaded
  • Vitality Champs selected and trained
  • Finalize onsite launch activity dates (Vitality Check, fitness assessments)
  • Pre-launch communication campaign activated

30 DAYS PRIOR TO EFFECTIVE DATE

  • Launch communication campaign activated
  • Post-launch communication finalized
  • Eligibility file updates / claim files activated
  • Vitality website available (on launch date)
  • Onsite Vitality Checks / fitness assessment (on, or after, program launch date)
