EXTENSIVE REPORTING

Vitality believes that reporting is critical to monitoring and driving the success of the program.

From the participant standpoint, beginning with the completion of the HRA, members are immediately provided with goals to control their risk factors, a Health Results Report on the website, and their Vitality Age. Vitality Age offers the member a quick and easy way to realize the connection between lifestyle choices and the impact on their health and life expectancy.

Vitality routinely meets with its employer clients to review results, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations for increased engagement to drive ROI. Robust reporting packages are delivered monthly and quarterly.

Employer reports consist of the monthly Activity Reports and the Quarterly Report. Monthly Activity reports show activities completed and are designed to assist in optimizing engagement in the program. The Quarterly Report provides a detailed overview of employee progression towards wellness. Key items captured are:

  • A population overview, changes in population composition and expected impact on healthcare costs
  • A risk overview, showing current risk factors, change in risk factors and the expected impact on direct and indirect costs
  • Population behavior metrics, including stages of change evaluation for material risk factors
  • An activity and value assessment showing population activity (verified), trends in activities and value delivered through the program
  • An annual health cost study linking costs back to program participation.
